Delete your BQuick account

Request deletion even if you no longer have the BQuick app installed.

Delete immediately in the app

In BQuick, open More, choose Delete account, verify your identity, and confirm. This signs you out everywhere and permanently redacts your account.

What is deleted and retained

Your account identity and optional profile data are deleted or redacted. Shipment, order, billing, payment, customs, fraud-prevention, and security records may be retained only for the period required by law or to resolve an outstanding balance or dispute, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Submit the form with the email address used for your BQuick account. Our privacy team will contact you to verify ownership before completing the request.
